Scot MacPherson's luminous black and white pastels represent the tangible value of drawing as a means of cultivating, nurturing, and expressing ideas in architecture.

For Scot, the relationship between art and architecture is symbiotic and primary. Even in our modern, technological age, there is no substitution for the graphic representation of drawing as art through architecture. An instructor of art and architecture for more than 25 years Scot is currently a Lecturer of Architecture at Bowling Green State University where he teaches design studios.
